Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

We understand that you will have questions about your upcoming holiday. If your holiday arrangements cannot go ahead due to restrictions regarding COVID-19, you can modify your reservation without any cost. Customers can modify reservations  any time up to the end of 2021.

If these options do not work for you, then we can discuss your options when you get in touch.

We are making contact with all customers who are due to travel within the next 14 days where we will discuss their options, including moving their holiday to a later date.

Our offices are closed to comply with the measures imposed by government, but our staff are working remotely online from 9am to 6pm daily and you are welcome to contact us at:

Q: What happens if my travel plans are affected?

A: We would recommend that before the travel date you check your country’s travel restrictions in place to ensure that it is safe to travel, also with your airline to check their policy on alterations to travel plans if you decide to postpone your holiday.   You can then check with us nearer the time of your reservation to ensure safe travel and worry-free holidays

Q: What are the options if we're advised we can't travel

A: If you've made a booking directly with us, please be in contact to discuss your options to modify your booking. If you have booked through any other agent or OTA please ensure you check the Terms and Conditions of your booking and communicate through them first. Obviously if you have no response you are welcome to contact us to try and resolve the situation.

Q: What if I decide I don't want to travel?

A: If the state of emergency has been lifted and travel and holidays are operating as normal, your holiday will be subject to normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Q: If I am unable to travel, am I entitled to compensation?

A: You won't be entitled to any compensation, as the reason for the holiday not continuing is outside the control of SCH.

Q: I've booked my summer holiday with you. Will this still go ahead?

A: If you have concerns about your summer holiday, it is too early to say that your holiday can't go ahead as planned. If you decide to cancel early normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

All customers are reminded that they should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance in place from the time of booking their holiday.

We are all in this together.

We hope that you will stay positive and dream about your next holiday with us here in the Silver Coast.
